During the opening event, we will screen our films and take part in an informal Q&A moderated by Professor Nicole Vögele. The exhibition will be running on Saturday too!
REESISTERE is a shared research initiated by the artist in residence Lavinia Xausa, in collaboration with the students of HfBK. During her residency at the C. Rockefeller, Xausa investigated the feelings of belonging and displacement in relation to the place we live in. Especially in reaction to the representations of power that surround us every day. Together with the students, they created a motley universe of thoughts, images, and films that emerge as new narratives circulating in the city.
